REFUND & RETURN POLICY — YAS & IVY
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Yas & Ivy website.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us first at:
Include your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to size, style, or preference, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility or deducted from the refund where permitted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or used items
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund when confirmed.
Exchanges
Exchanges for size or color are available when stock allows. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
